We've been building relationships one project at a time since 2014. In the years since, we've averaged about 62 projects a year. What we're most grateful for isn't the volume — it's the loyalty: over half of our clients come back to work with us again, and many have worked with us across five, six years - with some since the beginning, 12 years ago. When you hire us, we aim to be the team you call next time.

Flagstaff is our home and always will be. We know its light, its winters, the character of its buildings, and the ambitions of the people who choose to put roots down here.

Before anything else, we sit down together to have a conversation. We want to understand your space, your vision and what you're really trying to create. The questions we ask here shape everything that comes after, so we take the time to get them right.

We write detailed, itemized estimates so you can see exactly what you're paying for before a single thing is ordered or moved. No vague totals. No big costs that appear later. Just a clear, considered plan for what we're going to build.

We're aware, always, that we're working in your home. We keep the process clean, disruption minimal, and keep your family and pets in mind. By taking on a limited number of projects at a time, we're able to complete most work quicker than the typical contractor.

Manifesto

Trusted Trades is Brian and Jordan. One a master carpenter, one a businesswoman, both committed to the same thing: doing the work properly, treating every client with honesty, and building spaces that hold their value long after we've finished and gone.

We believe that beauty and security are not separate things, that a space can be innovative and bold and grounded all at once, that the craft which makes a room feel extraordinary is the same craft that makes it a place of peace.

We believe that living life is an art itself, and a home is a direct expression of that, not just a structure to maintain but an art form to inhabit. This transformation is at the center of the work we do.
